How schedule data is used

Ride Scheduler stores account identity, approved family associations, roster and event information, attendance, transportation choices, phone numbers and optional email addresses supplied for coordination, and administrator-reviewed driver details. This information is used only to operate the private schedule and carpool workflow.

On a signed-in device, Ride Scheduler can remember a privacy-safe set of browser preferences: an opaque account scope, the last useful page route, the selected roster ID, and whether the mobile roster panel is expanded. Browser storage never stores names, contact details, attendance, or ride choices. Use “Reset saved preferences” in the footer or clear this site’s browser data at any time.

Place lookup

Google Maps receives a venue or address query when an administrator submits the place-search form. Event pages may also load a Google map preview for the saved venue, which shares the visitor’s IP address and this site’s origin with Google. Search results are not saved until an administrator chooses one. Google processes these requests under the Google Privacy Policy.

Access

Authentication is provided by Keycloak. Family access requires administrator approval. Passwords and social-login credentials are not stored by Ride Scheduler.
